Vacuum before treating a carpet for fleas with tips from a pet industry specialist in this free video on fleas and pest control. I vacuum first, then sprinkle Mule Team Borax lightly on the carpet, change the vacuum cleaner bag and vacuum again after a few hours. Works great, much cheaper than anything they sell at pet stores and doesn’t smell.
I have that same vacuum and was wondering what happens to bugs when they get in there. Do fleas or any other bugs survive in that environment, do you think? If so, how long until they die? Just give me your thoughts on all that in general. Thank you very much.
