ok so my dog had fleas…and I CAN’T GET RID OF THEM!!
-i’ve tried frontline, i’ve bathed him with flea and tick shampoo, i flea bombed the house 4 times and got him a doggy flea coller and nothing works.
What can i do???

You should ask your vet… He might know what would work…
There is a pill that your vet can give him at the office, they gave it to my chi-poo once and it cost $5. It kills them and they fall off in about 20 minutes. I bathed and brushed him and I bought this spray from Lowe’s that kills all indoor bugs like flees and spiders. You also need to treat your yard, and do it repeatedly since you are having such a problem in the winter… the summer will be worse. I have 3 dogs, a chi-poo, a rat terrier and an australian shepherd, and I bath and brush them at home once a week with flea shampoo and then we spray our lawn and home a good but throughout the year. And always treat pet bedding too!!

ditch the flea collars. they are toxic and don’t work. have your home professionally treated, get some capstar from your vet (this will kill all the fleas on your dog), try using advantage instead of frontline, and put your dog on sentinel (heart worm prevention that contains flea birth control). this WILL stop your flea problem.
When you bomb the house you need to use a product that will continue for at least 3 to 5 months. I prefer Advantage over Frontline.
You can also try adding vinegar, maybe the apple cider kind to his water bowl. Start with a small amount and work up to a higher concentration. Like 1 tsp per 5 cups of water. There evidently is something about the vinegar than makes fleas not like the dog.
give him a Capstar, re-frontline him, have your yard treated (pest guys usually will spray for fleas), re bomb your house one more time, wash all your linens (and doggie beds)… that should do the trick.. After you give your dog capstar all fleas on him will be gone within and hour..
